This raises a question that I’ve had for a while. What should be considered idolatrous for a Christian? Because I primarily think of idolatry in terms found in an article like Christ and nothing by DBH, or in the work of William Cavanaugh. Why shouldnt I as a Christian Honor the gods (and by that I mean gods other than the angels, saints or the Theotokos) ? Any thoughts?
